How to Use Advanced Smart Filters for Finding the Right Candidate

In this video, we will guide you on how to use advanced smart filters to find the perfect candidate for your job role.

Step 1: Enter Keywords

  1. Type the keywords for the role you are hiring for into the search box in the Keywords section.

  2. For example, if you are looking for a marketing manager, enter "marketing manager" as the keyword.

Step 2: Explore Filters

Below the search box, you will find all the available filters. Click on "More" to access additional filters.

Step 3: Location Filter

  1. Click on the "Location" tab in the Filters section to expand the location filter.

  2. Choose the specific locations from where you want to find candidates.

  3. Click "Apply" once you have made your selection.

Step 4: Experience Filter

  1. Open the Experience filter drop-down to set the desired years of experience.

  2. Enter the minimum and maximum years of experience required in the respective fields.

  3. Click "Apply" to apply the experience filter.

Step 5: Education Filter

  1. Use the Education filter to narrow down candidates based on their highest and second highest education.

  2. Select the education levels, top education clusters, and specializations according to your requirements.

Step 6: Industry Filter

The Industry filter allows you to screen candidates based on their industry experience.

The Company filter allows you to include or exclude profiles based on their current or previous employment in preferred companies.

Step 8: Notice Period Filter

The Notice Period filter helps you find candidates who are immediate joiners, serving a notice period, or have not mentioned a notice period.

Step 9: Salary Filter

The Salary filter allows you to screen candidates based on their current salary range.

Step 10: Gender Filter

The Gender filter is designed for those seeking candidates of a specific gender.

Step 11: Designation Filter

The Designation filter enables you to filter candidates based on their job designation.

Step 12: Language Filter

The Language filter allows you to choose candidates based on their proficiency in preferred languages.

Step 13: Apply Filters and View Results

  1. Click on "Search" once you have applied all the desired filters.
